      • Voucher/s can be purchased until the 3rd of October 2025.
      • Voucher price includes entry, a Bavarian-themed buffet meal, and seating.
      • Beverages will be available at the event with exciting special deals, to be purchased separately.
      • Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis in shared Bavarian-themed arrangements.
      • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
      • The organizer is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
      • Vouchers are only valid for local residents and resident visa holders. A Sri Lankan identity card or the local resident visa should be produced at the hotel.
      • Bookings must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

These General Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made personally using the worldwide Aitken Spence Hotels Web Site hotel reservation system. Reservations of more than five rooms may be made by sending a request to our reservations department. Reservations are binding, once the details have been confirmed.

2. Currency Conversion Policy

This website accepts payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs/LKR) and/or United States Dollars (US$) only.

Please note that neither Aitken Spence Hotels Managements (Pvt) Ltd nor the Hotel owning Company it represents on this website will be liable for any exchange rate losses/gain due to any transactions/refunds processed, irrespective of customer’s credit/debit card currency.
